United States
By browsing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law.
1. Website Use
You may use the website for lawful personal and consumer purposes.
You agree not to use the website to:
- Violate any applicable law;
- Interfere with website operation;
- Attempt unauthorized access;
- Introduce malicious software;
- Scrape or systematically copy website content without authorization;
- Misuse another person's account;
- Submit fraudulent orders;
- Abuse promotional offers;
- Impersonate another individual or organization;
- Interfere with payment or checkout systems; or
- Engage in conduct that could damage the website, customers, or Company.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, or our operations.
2. Products Offered
Dailyloom offers bathroom-related products, including toilet-seat pads and toilet-seat covers.
Products may include different materials, construction methods, attachment systems, textures, dimensions, and intended uses.
Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, and other specifications are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Because digital displays differ between devices, the color shown on your screen may not exactly match the physical product.
3. Bathroom Product Safety
Toilet-seat pads and covers should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the applicable product instructions.
Customers should:
- Inspect the product before installation;
- Confirm that the product is appropriate for their toilet configuration;
- Follow installation instructions;
- Keep adhesive or attachment components properly positioned;
- Avoid obstructing hinges or moving parts;
- Stop using a damaged product;
- Keep packaging and small components away from young children; and
- Clean the product only according to applicable care instructions.
Do not use a product if it becomes torn, detached, excessively worn, contaminated, unstable, or otherwise unsafe.
4. No Medical or Sanitary Treatment Claims
Unless expressly stated and supported by appropriate documentation, our toilet-seat products are not medical devices, disinfectants, sterilization products, or treatments for medical conditions.
Descriptions of comfort, cleanliness, convenience, insulation, softness, appearance, or similar characteristics should not be interpreted as medical claims.
5. Product Availability
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify designs, or change product availability at any time.
If an ordered item becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we may contact you regarding available options or provide an appropriate refund.
6. Pricing
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change over time.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, promotions, and other checkout adjustments will be shown as applicable.
For orders under $10, a $5.99 shipping charge applies under the shipping policy supplied for this website. Orders meeting the applicable free-shipping threshold are eligible for free shipping as described at checkout.
We aim to present pricing and promotional terms accurately. North Carolina law prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce. N.C. Gen. Stat. § 75-1.1.
7. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted if additional review is reasonably required.
We may decline or cancel an order in circumstances including:
- Suspected fraud;
- Payment failure;
- Significant pricing or listing error;
- Inventory limitations;
- Incorrect shipping information;
- Suspected abuse of promotional programs; or
- Other circumstances permitted by applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will generally be refunded.
8. Payment
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.
Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers.
We do not intentionally retain complete payment-card information when it is unnecessary for ordinary transaction processing.
9. Shipping
Shipping terms are described separately in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Federal mail-order requirements generally require online/mail-order sellers to ship within the promised time or, when no shipping time is stated, within 30 days, subject to applicable rules and exceptions. North Carolina's Department of Justice specifically directs online shoppers to these protections.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by the separate Return and Refund Policy.
Because toilet-seat products may involve hygiene and sanitation considerations, used or contaminated merchandise may be subject to different return treatment than unused merchandise.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates any legally protected consumer right.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, website text, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, logos, page layouts, designs, and other content may be owned by or licensed to the Company.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content without appropriate authorization.
12. Customer Reviews and Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that:
- You have the right to submit it;
- It does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights;
- It is not fraudulent;
- It does not contain malicious code; and
- It does not violate applicable law.
Where permitted by law and subject to applicable privacy rights, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use submitted content for legitimate website, customer-service, promotional, or operational purposes.
We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, irrelevant, or otherwise inappropriate.
13. Third-Party Services
The website may rely on third parties for hosting, payments, analytics, communications, shipping, fraud prevention, or other services.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
14. Website Availability
We strive to keep the website accessible and functional, but we do not guarantee that it will always operate without interruption.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance;
- Software updates;
- Hosting problems;
- Internet disruptions;
- Cybersecurity incidents;
- Third-party service interruptions; or
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, website content and services are provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that every website feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability for conduct that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or infringement of another person's rights.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law or another mandatory law applies.
19. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
North Carolina's consumer-protection framework includes N.C. Gen. Stat. § 75-1.1, which declares unfair methods of competition and unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce unlawful.
20. Severability
If a court determines that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent permitted by law.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other applicable website policies, form the principal agreement governing your use of the website and purchase of products.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
The revised version will be posted on the website with an updated effective date.
